My university was approached to put together a circus-themed performance for the DHL Management Christmas Gala at the Gatwick Hilton Hotel. I took on the role of event co-ordinator for our team and liased with the in-house technical team to ensure everybody’s comfort.

Co-ordinating the cast was key due to the unfamiliar environment and the fact that everybody had to be accompanied by a member of staff, in addition to only having one chance to get it right.
