As production manager on Ghost the musical, my role was to liase with each department and marry their visions, concerns, and products into one.

As the first large-scale musical production I have had a production management role on, Ghost was an exceptional challenge, and enjoyable in every way. I managed production meetings, a budget distributed between many departments that each had their own methods and systems for managing money, a complex four-week schedule which constantly changed, and some mysoginy from members of the crew which challenged me in unprecedented ways.

After the show, I reflected on my work in my Viva Voce presentation, including presenting an updated version of the schedule to showcase what I had learnt and how I would have organised the production in hindsight.
